ITC Conference Grants

Inclusiveness Target Country (ITC) Conference Grants are aimed at supporting Early Career Investigators and PhD students from Participating ITC’s to attend international science and technology related conferences, event or activity on the topic of the Action that are not organised by the COST Action.


List of Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITC’s): Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Republic of North Macedonia, Republic of Serbia and Turkey.

The ESO-WSO conference will be virtual this year, but it still remains the most important conference in the field. The IRENE COST Action may cover the conference fees of participants from Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITCs), whose presentation has been accepted.


These participants however need to register before 2 September 2020.
