Inclusiveness Target Country (ITC) Conference Grants are aimed at supporting Young Researchers and Innovators (researchers under 40 years of age, including PhD students and PhD candidates) from Participating Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITCs) or Near Neighbour Countries (NNCs) to attend international science and technology related conferences, events or activities on the topic of the Action that are not organised by the COST Action.

List of Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITCs): Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, the North Republic of Macedonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Malta, the Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine.

List of Near Neighbour Countries (NNCs): Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Egypt, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Marocco, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia.
